Privacy & Security

BlueHarbor is built around a simple idea: the safest data is the data you don’t upload.

Default: local-first

BlueHarbor is designed to run locally on your device. By default, conversations, notes, and memory stay on your machine. No account required.

What we store

Depending on your settings, BlueHarbor may store: local conversation history, your notes/journals, and optional memory snippets for retrieval. This is stored on your device.

What we don’t need

BlueHarbor does not require cloud access to function. You should be able to use it with Wi‑Fi disabled.

Integrity & offline installs

The Emergency Kit approach supports offline installation. A best practice is verifying installer and model integrity using checksums and signed installers.

A practical disclaimer

BlueHarbor is intended for personal support, reflection, study, and planning. It is not medical, legal, or emergency-services advice.

Website services (waitlist + checkout)

This website includes a waitlist form and optional Stripe checkout for kit purchases.

Waitlist

If you submit the waitlist form, we collect your email address and a basic “source” tag (derived from the page you signed up on and optional UTM parameters like utm_source / utm_campaign) so we can understand where signups come from. The waitlist is stored in Brevo (Sendinblue) so we can email launch updates and restocks.

No tracking pixels

This site does not include third‑party ad tracking pixels or session-replay scripts by default. We keep measurement lightweight and privacy‑respectful.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Stripe. We don’t receive or store your full card details — Stripe handles payment information directly.

Basic request logs

Like most sites, our hosting provider may temporarily log standard request metadata (such as IP address, user agent, and timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.

This page is a product overview, not a finalized legal policy. When you launch, you’ll want a real privacy policy tailored to your distribution and telemetry choices.
